The acts that stage magicians put on are often spellbinding. They make us doubt our eyes, and want to wipe the cobwebs from our sense to explain what we’ve just witnessed. Whether it’s simply producing a bouquet of flowers, or defying the sure doom that awaits inside a modern day Iron Maiden, one thing is sure. You never know what you’ll see until you see it! A magician’s contest – and the trail of bodies leading to and from it are the focus inside this episode of The Curious Goods Podcast – a Retelling, a Revisit and complete educational detailing of Friday the 13th, The Series – this time – Season 1, Episode 6 – The Great Montarro!

Nicholas J. Hearne:
Blessed with an overactive imagination, Nick spent his early years absorbing as much pop culture as possible. From comic books to television, films, sci-fi, fantasy, horror – if it was great storytelling, he assimilated it! From early adolescence to adulthood, Nick spent his time honing his acting and writing skills, starring on stage and screen across the Midwest. In recent years, Nick has started his own comic book company, Archlight Comics, and is also a founder of Archlight Studios, both with longtime friend Jason Contini, and has become a skilled podcast editor and co-host aboard a number of different podcast efforts.
